Orange Cheese Cake
I love this recipe so much because one of the reason is, it is a simple recipe. Then, this recipe can make people mouth-watered. I learned it from my mother in just one day.
Ingredients :
110g digestive biscuit, crushed finely
50g melted butter
4 teaspoon gelatine 'halal'
3 tablespoon hot water
or
110ml water
4 teaspoon agar-agar powder
280g cream cheese
110g double/ whipping cream, whipped until stiff
75g castor sugar
2 egg yolks
1 orange (juice and finely grated rind)
2 egg white, whipped until stiff
1 orange/sliced into wedges
1/4 cup whipped cream cherries
Methods:
Firstly, lightly greased a 22 cm pan
Secondly, melt butter in a Pyrex bowl for 1 1/2 minutes
Then, mix in the crushed biscuits. Pour the mixture into a greased pan. Press the mixture firmly over the base of the pan. Freeze while preparing the filling.
After that, beat cream cheese until creamy in the mixing bowl.
Then, gradually beat in ingredients A, agar-agar and mix them well.
Next, put mixture to chill until it just begins to thicken and gently fold in ingredients B.
After that, pour the mixture over prepared biscuit crust base, spread filling evenly and refrigerate until firm.
Then, decorate with orange slice and cherries.
Last of all, cut into slices and serve well chilled.

Recipe for blueberry cheese tart
MY FAVORITE SWEETS EVER!!
why i choose this recipe??because this was the first tart that my mom made for me and i find this super delicious until now.
THIS RECIPE FOR THE SWEETS LOVER...ENJOY!!
Sweet Pastry (For any tarts base)
Ingredients:
(A)
180gm Butter (salted butter) 80gm Icing Sugar
(B)
1tbsp Vanilla Essence 1no Egg
(C)
300gm Plain Flour 20gm Milk Powder
Method:
1) Beat (A) till creamy. (low speed 3minutes)
2) In between, add in (B).
3) Fold in (C), knead to form dough. (about 12-15minutes)
4) When ready, press dough into tart moulds.
5) Then, bake at 180degree for about 12-15minutes.
Blueberry Cheese Filling
(A)
25gm Butter
250gm Cream cheese – Brand Philadelphia
60gm Icing sugar
(B)
1 Egg
1tsp Lemon Juice
(C)
80gm Blueberry Jam
Method:
1) Beat (A) till fluffy and add in (B).
2) Place the batter paste into piping bag and pipe onto the baked tart pastry. Decorate the top with (C) and stir well, arrange on baking tray and bake at 170degree for 10minutes
*(or use finger-tips to touch the top layer of cheese cream, is ready to tray out when is not sticky)

My Favourite Recipe
I love Chocolate and Vanilla Sponge Cake very much because it really finger licking good. My mom's cooking is really special to me. She has her own personal touch and her recipes are to die for.
Ingeredients :
Method :
1. Firstly, measure all the ingredients.
2. Secondly, beat the butter and sugar well until fluffy.
3. Thirdly, put the egg and vanilla enssence into a big bowl and mix it well.
4. Then, put the flour bit by bit.
5. Next, put the butter into 2 bowl, one bowl with vanilla and one more with chocolate flavour.
6. After that, put parchment paper in the baking tray and spread some butter on the paper.
7. Then, put the butter into the baking tray and bake at 175 degree celcius until golden brown.
8. Do the same process for one more butter.
9. Then remove from the oven and let it cold
10. Next, put the first cake with some chocolate chips.
11. Lastly take one more layer and put together.
